Christie Brinkley, Peter Cook Reach Custody Agreement

Just mere hours before they were slated to face one another in a New York courtroom, supermodel Christie Brinkley and her ex-husband, businessman Peter Cook, have reached an agreement in their custody dispute.

Cook and Brinkley have two children, Jack and Sailor.

Brinkley's attorney, Peter Coronia, told ET the custody agreement reached between Brinkley and Cook (their divorce was settled late last year) left the one-time Uptown Girl "completely vindicated."

The couple was on Tuesday's court docket to determine the custody issues, and things might have gotten nasty, as Cook had wanted Brinkley to "undergo anger management, for the appointment of a parenting coordinator, and for the children's passports to be held by a third party."

Brinkley and Cook have had one of the nastiest New York breakups this side of the Buttafuocos: the four-time divorced Brinkley said Cook was addicted to porn; Cook also lost brownie points with Brinkley when it had been revealed he had made love to his stunning 19-year-old assistant, Diana Bianchi, in 2004.
