WEEKEND BOX OFFICE: It's Still Shining On Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs

The family-favorite animated frolic, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs is number one at the box office for the second week in a row. It pulled in an estimated $24.6 million in ticket sales. The Bruce Willis sci-fi flick, Surrogates, limped into second place with $15 million.
Fame has no chance of achieving the popularity of the TV series that inspired it. The song-and-dance movie took in $10 million for third place. Matt Damon's The Informant! came in fourth with an estimated $6.9 million in box office receipts. Tyler Perry's I Can Do Bad All By Myself is still going strong and placed fifth this weekend with another $4.75 million in ticket sales.
