VIDEO: Rumor Has It -- Rumer Willis Bumped Off Letterman
Sept. 1 2009, Published 9:30 a.m. ET
Rumer Willis – most famous for being the spawn of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore – was scheduled to appear Monday night on Late Show With David Letterman to promote her upcoming appearance on 90210 as well as her horror flick Sorority Row, but was bumped during the show.
Prior to the show’s taping, she was snapped outside the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York City wearing a snug white dress and smiling for paps.

So why was she bumped so last-minute? Did an interview with some Oscar winning A-List actor go long? Did the network break in with live breaking news?
Nope.
Apparently, an interview with Howie Mandel, (yes, Howie Mandel!), once again talking about his OCD and a competition on dog tricks went long.
Ouch.
At the end of the program, Letterman said Rumer would appear Tuesday night.
