John Travolta stepped out before the cameras and his fans September 10 -- the first time since the death of his beloved son Jett.
Flanked by his wife Kelly Preston and daughter Ella Bleu, Travolta made a surprise appearance at D23 Expo, a Disney fan event in Anaheim, Ca.
The family was there to promote Old Dogs, a Disney film starring all three.
John hadn't been able to handle promotional chores on The Taking of Pelham 123 earlier this summer.
