OJ Sued Again

OJ Simpson is being sued - yet again - this time by Bruce Fromong, who is suing for assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment amongst other complaints.

Fromong claims that as a result of Simpson's actions he has suffered "great bodily injury as well as permanent emotional distress, anxiety, loss of sleep, nightmares, depression, hopelessness, embarrassment, humiliation and loss of self esteem."

Fromong is suing for unspecified compensatory and punitive damages. Fromong was held at gunpoint by Simpson back in September 2007, when he tried to sell some Simpson memorabilia that was in his possession.
Simpson was sentenced 33 years behind bars with eligibility for parole after less than a third of that, for the armed robbery.
