Michael Lohan Wins Court Victory

Michael Lohan finally had something to smile about. The embattled father was the picture of relief on Thursday after a Suffolk County Family Court judge
dismissed a request that he pay support to his alleged love child with Kristi Kaufman.
"The petition was withdrawn and all further issues will be dealt with in Montana," Lohan's attorney Stephanie Ovadia told RadarOnline.com.
Lohan left the Riverhead, New York, courthouse flanked by three attorneys whom he called his 'Charlie's Angels.'

Kaufman, who lives in Montana, claims that Lohan is the biological father of her 13-year-old daughter, Ashley.
"All of this is going to Montana," Ovadia added, referring to future case proceedings. "And we'll have lots more for you next week."
