The set-up for Slate was a biker chick talk show with Slate and Kristen Wiig.
After Wiig threw an ashtray "full of butts" at her head, Slate said: "You stood up for yourself and I f***ing love you for that."
It took about a second for Slate to realize what she'd done and the look on her face is priceless!
