Jude Law’s Former Fling Samantha Burke Gives Birth To Girl

Jude Law is half-way to being an Octo-dad: The actor became a father for the fourth time Tuesday, as his one-time lover, model Samantha Burke, gave birth to a baby girl she named Sophia.
Law, 36, met Burke, 24, while filming Sherlock Holmes in New York City last year.

Law, who was reportedly not on hand for the delivery, has three children with his ex, Sadie Frost.
The actor, through his rep, issued a statement after Burke's pregnancy made headlines in July.
Samantha Burke Speaks: Jude Law Is "Supportive"
"Jude Law can confirm that, following a relationship last year, he has been advised that he is to be the father of a child due in the fall of this year," the actor's rep. "Mr. Law is no longer in a relationship with the individual concerned but he intends to be a fully supportive part of the child's life. This is an entirely private matter and no other statements will be made."
