Serena, Blair and a few Gossip Girl newcomers were spotted this week, jazzing their way through 1920¹s Clara Bow style flapper dresses and dapper pinstriped suits.

Ed Westwick went all the way with his look, sporting black and white saddle shoes, while a gorgeous Jessica Szohr worked the gangster moll look with flirty fringe and chic pearls.
