Despite various misleading news reports to the contrary, The Collective Management Group and Roselyn Sanchez have amicably entered into a Settlement Agreement, which both parties are fully satisfied with. Accordingly, The Collective voluntarily dismissed the lawsuit against Ms. Sanchez. The parties wish each other the best of luck in the future.

Court documents, obtained by RadarOnline.com, show a lawsuit brought against the actress has been dismissed, without prejudice.

Sanchez was being sued by her former management company, The Collective Management Group, for fees they say Sanchez owed them. The management company had been seeking over $137k, claiming Sanchez breached her contract with them.
