The embattled couple filed for chapter 7 in the United States Bankruptcy Court’s Central District of California, while they were living at 710 N. Walden Street in Beverly Hills.
According to the docs, Randy and Evi’s assets were estimated to be between $0 to $50,000. But get this---their estimated debts were between $1 and $10 million!
The court papers also state that 16-49 creditors were banging down their door at the time.
The Quaids are currently hiding out at their Marfa, TX, home while their new attorney, Dick DeGuerin, tries to work out a deal with the Santa Barbara District Attorney’s Office. DeGuerin wants to have the couple return to California and surrender voluntarily to three felony charges they each face for unpaid hotel bills.
