Sources told RadarOnline.com exclusively that DeGuerin wants to work out a deal with the Santa Barbara County DA's office. The Quaids were arrested last week on warrants stemming from unpaid hotel bills at the luxurious San Ysidro Ranch. They've been charged with three felony counts each: burglary, defrauding an innkeeper, and conspiracy.

RadarOnline.com was first to report that Randy and Evi also owe $17,000 in unpaid bills to the Hotel Bel-Air in LA and that Evi often used a bad credit card under the name 'Janet Cross' to rack up charges at other hotels-including the Avalon Hotel in Beverly Hills.

DeGuerin has represented several high profile people, including Waco, Texas, cult leader David Koresh and currently, Dancing with the Stars contestant and former House Majority Leader Tom Delay, in his defense against indictments for money laundering and conspiracy.
