Gina Gershon is being sued for forgetting about the little people according to papers filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday.
"This is an action to recover unpaid agency commissions by Fortitude against actress and former client, Gina Gershon, who purposefully and intentionally chooses to forget about those people who help her in her career," the papers said. The papers also claim the actress has ignored requests to pay the agency its commissions which totaled to ten percent of any of her income procured by Fortitude.
