EXCLUSIVE: Edward Furlong Fires Back, Denies Wife's Claims

It is becoming a war of the words between Edward Furlong and his estranged wife Rachel Kneeland. RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that the actor is fighting Kneeland's temporary restraining order and denies her allegations that he abuses cocaine and is under a hospital lockdown.

"Mr. Furlong vehemently denies all allegations that have been made and is currently working with his legal team to have this temporary restraining order extinguished," Furlong's rep RJ Rousso of Rousso/Fisher Public Relations confirmed in a statement. "Unfortunately, the two parties are going through a very contentious divorce and custody battle. Eddie's main concern is his son, Ethan, and moving forward with his life. Eddie has been sober for more than five years and is preparing to begin production on a new film."

Kneeland files for divorce in July

In the court documents, Kneeland claimed Furlong "is smoking cocaine and doing various other drugs" and would hire people to beat her with chains and bats. She also said that he is currently in lockdown in a hospital after threatening to commit suicide.
