Dr. Arnold Klein Sues For Libel

Dr. Arnold Klein, Michael Jackson's dermatologist and friend, is suing Dr. Stephen Hoefflin for libel, slander, emotional distress amongst several other actions.

Dr. Klein is suing Dr. Hoefflin, who claimed to treat Michael Jackson from 1978-2002, for an interview that he gave to a British tabloid on July 24th, 2009.

According to the lawsuit, Dr. Hoefflin said the following in the interview, "Murray definitely called Klein because Klein taught him how to administer Propofol."

Dr. Klein said that statement was categorically false. Dr. Klein is seeking unspecified damages.
