The animated adventure Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs was the break-out winner at the box office this weekend. Based on the popular children's book about food raining from the sky, it features Andy Samberg and Neil Patrick Harris as the voice talent. The pic pulled in an estimated $30,100,000 in ticket sales and demolished the competition along with several A-List Hollywood stars.
Matt Damon's The Informant! came in number two with a weak $10,545,000 in sales. Hold-over Tyler Perry's I Can Do Bad All Myself added a respectable $10,000,000 to its tally. Jennifer Aniston's dismal Love Happens pulled in a mere $8,456,000 to earn fourth place. Jennifer's Body, starring Megan Fox, limped in with $6,800,000 for fifth place.
