Actress Lori Petty: No Contest In DUI Case

Link to FacebookShare to TwitterShare to Email has learned that actress Lori Petty plead no contest to charges of driving under the influence and causing injury, stemming from a May arrest.

Petty was booked on May 30 on two misdemeanor counts, not only for driving intoxicated but for allegedly hitting a skateboarder in Venice Beach, Ca.

While Petty admits to causing bodily harm, charges of driving with an over-limit blood alcohol level and no proof of insurance (for which she was cited) were dismissed.

She'll pay almost $500 in fees and must complete two months of an alcohol treatment plan.

Petty is best known for her supporting role as Geena Davis' baseball playing sister in A League Of Their Own.
