Jeremy Piven Wins Legal Battle

Entourage star Jeremy Piven can breathe a huge sigh of relief. He's off the hook for the breach of contract law suit that was brought against Him last December by the producers of Broadway play Speed The Plow.
A professional arbitrator ruled in Piven's favor on Thursday in New York, and the actor says in a statement that he's pleased with the outcome and feels he's been vindicated.
Piven pulled out of the play after a short run claiming mercury Poisoning from eating too much sushi, sparking a media onslaught, many jokes and legal woes.
