More drama has occurred in the posh Holmby Hills area - and it doesn't involve Michael Jackson. Playboy mastermind Hugh Hefner, and his estranged wife Kimberley have sold their Playboy-adjacent home for a cool $18 million. Wait, Hugh Hefner is married!!!

Take a minute to swallow that, and now let it be known that the man who has bought the property is 25 years old. The buyer is Daren Metropoulos, a local entrepreneur.

So what do you get when you spend $18 million dollars, besides sharing airspace to the legendary home of the Grotto? The house that was built in 1929 is 7,300 square feet English Manor-style two story crib that has 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Plus if you're a golfer, it's a 7 Iron drive away from the Los Angeles Country Club.

But lets be honest, if the sale doesn't get you access to the Playboy Mansion, is it really worth it?

Back to Hugh and his wife...

Kimberley Conrad and Hef married in 1989, the same year she was crowned Playmate of the Year, and she is the mother of his two sons, Marston, 18, and Cooper, 17. The pair separated in 1999 but have never officially divorced
