EXCLUSIVE: Katherine Jackson Seeking To Have Protective Order Lifted

Katherine Jackson has filed papers in the legal drama concerning Michael's estate. Katherine has filed documents seeking to have the protective order that Judge Beckloff gave AEG concerning their contract with Michael Jackson.
An evidenciary hearing is being held tomorrow morning, at which time Judge Beckloff will either deny or grant the estate's contract they are attempting to finalize concerning a tour of Michael Jackson memorbilia.

The court docs say, "Mrs. Jackson's application seeks an order granting relief from the protective order entered in this proceeding so that she and her cousnel may sonsult with one or more potential experts and other witnesses, specifically, Fred Moultrie, Randy Jackson, brother and manager, Taj Jackson, deceden't nephew and assistant, Leonard Rowe, a former tour promoter hured by the decedent to oversee AEG, and possibly a representative of a travelling exhibition company.
