“I witnessed the whole incident and I can confirm that it did take place," A Guys And Dolls insider told RadarOnline.com. “Joe Francis will probably not be allowed in here again but I can’t comment on anybody else involved.”
Eyewitnesses at the club claim that Francis went berserk and punched the model in the face, kicking her after she reportedly threw a drink on him because he was pestering one of her female friends.
Jenner then tried to intervene but the club’s security ejected both men from the club and the altercation carried-on outside.
On Friday, Francis did not show-up at the Santa Monica office of his company Mantra Films. The incident occured in the early morning hours.
