In a chilling interview promoting his planned MTV reality series, Gone Too Far, DJ AM revealed that in his years as an addict, crack was his "drug of choice."

The show, which wrapped production just days before AM's death, had him helping families stage interventions on their drug addicted love ones.

One scene even had the famed disc jockey buy a crack pipe, just to show viewers just how easy it was.

"I bought a crack pipe.  That was my drug of choice," he said.  "And I walked out and I'm holding it."

He recalled that his palms began to sweat and he thought to himself, "wait a minute, this is not smart for me to be holding this."

Cops found a crack pipe in AM's bedroom, and as RadarOnline.com was the first to report, a bag of crack was found in the sweatpants he was wearing.
