Courtney Love Gives Back; With Pocket Change And Cigarettes

She knows how it feels to be down and out – but at least actress/singer Courtney Love hasn’t lost her giving side.
The rock widow was spotted giving a beggar some change and a cigarette in Soho, New York Monday and he really seemed to appreciate the kindhearted gesture.
Dressed in a cream short summer dress, blue hat and black flats, Love, 44, still looked painfully thin and pale as she walked along the New York streets.
A few weeks ago the former Hole singer was pictured looking much healthier on the red carpet but she seems to have suddenly become frail again.
She has reportedly been taking human growth hormones via daily doses of Genotropin to help her gain muscle and to stop the aging process.
The performer has constantly struggled with her weight over the years amid rumors that she could not control drug and alcohol addictions.

The yo-yo dieter had vowed to put on 15 lbs in less than a month after admitting she suffered from ‘body dysmorphia’.
She sank to over 28 lbs below the recommended healthy weight for her height and the rocker admitted that even she was ‘shocked’ by her fragile appearance.
Love told Grazia magazine: “S***. I though I was like 130 lbs, but I’m 118lbs and I’m 5 ft 10 in, that’s not good for someone my height.”
