VIDEO: They’re Engaged! Jillian Picks Ed in Bachelorette Finale

After weeks of drama – not to mention countless kisses and romps in hot tubs – Canadian beauty Jillian Harris of ABC’s The Bachelorette picked Ed Swiderski, the sweet tech consultant from Chicago, leaving studly poor Kiptyn Locke of San Diego heartbroken after he confessed his love to Jillian at the final rose ceremony.
Of course – this is The Bachelorette, so there had to be some last-minute drama! Enter Reid, who was kicked off the show last week when he couldn’t express his undying love for Jillian. Reid surprised Jillian at the final rose ceremony and told Jillian he loved her, but in the end, Jillian chose Ed, who promptly dropped to one knee (ahhhhh…!) and popped the question. Swiderski presented Jillian with a $60,000 platinum ring set with a 2.05-carat pear-shaped center diamond with six baguette-cut diamonds to accent the center stone as well as 94 round-cut diamonds to give it a more modern feel. Of course, Jillian said yes!
