TV: Wednesday Hot List

With Halloween around the corner and the success of the movie, Monsters vs Aliens—here comes a made-for-TV sequel. Monsters vs Aliens: Mutant Pumpkins From Outer Space airs tonight on NBC and features Susan and the monsters going up against aliens posing as Jack-O-Lanterns on planet Earth. The all-star cast reprises their original voice roles including Reese Witherspoon, Seth Rogan, Will Arnett and Rainn Wilson!

Okay, and if you haven’t been watching Modern Family—trust us—now is the time to start tuning in to one of the funniest shows to come along in many TV seasons. Ed O’Neill as the patriarch of a family even more dysfunctional than the Bundys is not to be missed!

And for those Top Chef: Las Vegas fans—you’re in for a treat tonight!  First, the cheftestants must cook up a TV inspired meal based on a list of TV shows put together by the editors of TV Guide. But their main challenge is to cook up a feast for actress Natalie Portman and her friends!
