TV: Sunday Hot List
July 16 2009, Published 2:06 p.m. ET
You know what they say—all good things must come to an end. It seemed like we just caught Olympic fever yesterday during the Opening Ceremonies. Well, tonight the Closing Ceremonies have come way too quickly. Highlights include the parade of athletes, lots of exciting musical performances and the passing of the torch to the site of the 2014 Winter games—Sochi, Russia.
But, for a different kind of razzle and dazzle—we love all the Sunday night wedding themed programming on WE. On Platinum Weddings, experience the over the top nuptials of Cristina and Jorge down in sultry Miami. Their reception includes a lobster and steak dinner for their guests, centerpieces made up of 600 flowers in each one, two dresses for the bride and a fireworks show just to name a few of the crazy touches! And on Rich Bride, Poor Bride—a bride who loves to spend without thinking twice takes advantage of her easy going fiancé’s wallet.
