Farrah Fawcett’s Memoirs To Be Released

A diary kept by Farrah Fawcett's best friend during her courageous battle with anal cancer is coming to a bookstore near you.
My Journey with Farrah: A Story of Life, Love, and Friendship is a chronicle written by Fawcett's close pal, Alana Stewart, about the actress’ brave fight.
“Farrah had originally encouraged me to write this book -- it was her idea,” Stewart said. “My hope is that people will find this book to be a heartfelt tribute to my friend of thirty years and her valiant fight against cancer.”

Fawcett died June 25 at the age of 62 after a three-year battle with anal cancer.
My Journey With Farrah hits shelves Aug. 11. Proceeds from the book will be put towards Fawcett's cancer research charity.
