His real name is Philip John Clapp and his break-up from wife Melanie Lynn Clapp has been a tortured affair going back to their July 17, 2006 separation. He waited until July 3, 2007 to file for divorce and it was granted on March 20, 2008. But the pair continued to debate their property settlement - until now.
As of July 24, 2009, it is all over, with a final judgment issued on the who-gets-what part of the process. RadarOnline.com has obtained the court documents that list in extreme detail every cent to be split between the two.

Here's a taste: they split 50/50 the $12,072 in one bank account, the $7,411 in another, the $59,300 in their Morgan Stanley account, and the $294,251 in yet another money market account.
Johnny got to keep his 1970 Cadillac El Dorado, a 1989 Mercedes Benz, and a 2002 Toyota Landcruiser.
The documents also reveal that Knoxville was paid $5 million as an actor in dud Dukes of Hazard movie. On-going residuals for such classics as Jackass, Jackass: The Movie, Jackass 2, and Jackass: 2.5 will be split 50-50, per community property laws. Ditto, his SAG pension.
