Rex Lee, who plays Ari Gold's loyal assistant, Lloyd, on HBO's hit Entourage, is spilling details about season 6, which premieres Sunday.
In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Lee said audiences can expect an explosive showdown between Ari (Jeremy Piven) and Lloyd-unfolding in the first episode tomorrow night.
"It's a season of growth. This is the season where Lloyd finally stands up for himself," Lee said in the courtyard of Gendarmeri Salon and Spa in West Hollywood. "I also get to work with some of the other cast members," he hesitates, before smirking, "I have some scenes with Johnny Drama, but I can't really go into it."
Last season, Lee's character began pushing for a much needed promotion, something the actor says plays a major role this season.
"Ari pushes him down and Lloyd actually pushes back this time, he said."
On camera, the relationship between Piven and Lee's characters is anything but healthy, but Lee says things are just fine once the cameras stop rolling.
"Jeremey and I have a very sweet connection. Even when Ari is beating on Lloyd, Jeremy never beats up on Rex, which is a good thing to have in my head," he told RadarOnline.com. "People ask me all the time if I ever
want to just crack up during those scenes and I'm like, 'No! I'm feeling pain!'"
