VIDEO: Coincidence? Rihanna & Chris Brown Dine Across Street From Each Other

Rihanna and Chris Brown, despite a restraining order imposed on the latter which requires at least 50 yards of distance, broke bread on the opposite sides of Broadway in New York City at the same time, leaving speculation that the pair's recent close brushes with one another may not be an accident.
The Caribbean queen was seen at the Cipriani Downtown Restaurant on Tuesday night, while Brown -- whose own career had spiked recently after his song, 'Forever', was featured prominently in a viral wedding YouTube video -- looked glum while waiting in his car after dinner, across the street at Via Dei Mille Restaurant.
For Brown to actually be taken into custody in violation of the restraining order, experts said, Rihanna would have to notify authorities.
