New photographs of Madonna’s arms suggest that her legendary fitness regime may have gone too far.

Madonna’s fanatical approach to exercise – with grueling two-hour work-outs, six-days per week – seemed to have backfired with no fat to buffer her muscles.

It has also been reported that she has undergone various cosmetic procedures to remain youthful, although she refuses to discuss them publicly.

These include the latest ‘A-list’ craze known as ‘pillow face’ - which gives a ‘plumped-up’ look as opposed to the ‘pinched-back’ look of face lifts or frozen look of too much Botox.

Madonna is currently back in London with her children Lourdes, 12, Rocco, 8, David Banda, 3 and new adopted tot Mercy, 4, after traveling around Europe with them in her Sticky And Sweet tour.
