The insurance company representing Brandy Norwood has settled one of the lawsuits related to her 2006 auto crash, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

Mallory Ham was the driver of one of the vehicles involved in the multi-car pile-up on L.A.’s 405 Freeway that resulted in the death of Awatef Aboudihaj.  Ham suffered a serious broken nose and sued Brandy.  The singer counter-sued, accusing Ham of actually causing the accident.  Aboudihai’s family also sued both Brandy and Ham.
