Usher Files For Divorce in Atlanta

After months of marital rift rumors, and several recent out-and-about photos with a new woman, R&B star Usher has filed for divorce from wife Tameka Raymond.

The Associated Press reports that the "Confessions" singer filed in the Superior Court of Atlanta, Georgia, though it's unclear what official reason was given for the split.

Tameka, 38, has two children with the star--Usher Raymond V, 1 1/2, and newborn Naviyd Ely Raymond, 6 months.

Tameka has been in Usher's camp for some time, working as a stylist for the singer then promoted to love interest. Earlier this year, she suffered cardiac arrest at a clinic in Brazil, where she was undergoing cosmetic surgery. She made a full recovery.
