Thursday

Tonight NBC debuts the new drama, The Listener, starring Craig Olejnik as a cute and scruffy paramedic with telepathic powers. As you might imagine, these mind reading techniques not only help him stay ahead of the curve when it comes to helping the victims he picks up… they also help him hear the thoughts of hot chicks who would like to pick him up! My guess, the show will probably be a bigger hit with the ladies than it will with the dudes.

Why is it that bonding girlie getaways always seem to go really bad on reality shows? On tonight’s ep of Southern Belles: Louisville, the ladies take a weekend vacation together and immediately the tensions flare between Shea and Emily. Kellie reveals a surprising secret from her past, and later a style consultant gives Emily advice an how to be taken more seriously. Seriously.

But if you’re looking for some real mind numbing fun and you don’t feel like spending another hour of your life on the world wide web searching for finger sniffing monkeys and yelling at brain dead bloggers, let Daniel Tosh do it for you on Tosh.0! The cyber savvy comedian scours the internet to poke fun at blogs, videos and all things found on our wonderful, wonderful interweb!

Notable mentions… Elvis Costello on The Late Show, and the Tonight Show With Conan O’Brien has Gwyneth Paltrow, Joel McHale and a performance by the John Mayer Trio.
