Michael Jackson’s Kids Will Be in His Mother’s Custody Says Longtime Lawyer

Brian Oxman, the Jackson family’s longtime lawyer, revealed to that Michael’s Jackson’s children will most likely be placed I the care of his mother Katherine and that they were at the home when their father was taken away in an ambulance Thursday afternoon.

“Probably Mrs. Jackson will take care of them, she loves them dearly,” Oxman said. Though he confirmed the children were not at UCLA Medical Center where Jackson was taken.  They are currently still in LA and with a nanny.

“Everyone is crying and it’s very sad,” he added about the scene at the hospital where the rest of the Jackson family continued to assemble.
