The Thriller star was focused on "conditioning, toning, and increasing his flexibility and stamina for the summer slate," The Incredible Hulk star told People.
"The workout wasn't any heavy resistance. A lot of stretching and a light walk on the treadmill -- being 50, his body went through a lot of stress getting ready for the tour, but he was awesome."

Ferrigno, who had previously helped train the late Beat It singer for a 1994 tour, said the grim news still hasn't quite sunk in.
"I was devastated," he said. "I mean I was shocked. I still think of it as like a joke or a like a dream."
