A heartbroken Ryan O’Neal is keeping a vigil at the bedside of his long-time love, actress Farrah Fawcett, at a hospital in the Los Angeles area, RadarOnline.com can report exclusively.
Fawcett, who suffers from anal cancer, is said to be near death.
O’Neal, repeatedly breaking down at Farrah’s side, has reminisced with friends in recent days about Farrah’s career and has been sharing some of his favorite memories of her.

Early Thursday he was in tears at the hospital with Farrah, RadarOnline.com confirmed.
He said that he believes Barbara Walters upcoming 20/20 tribute to Farrah will be very comforting.
O’Neal recently said that he had proposed to his long-time love and planned on marrying her before she passed away.
