EXCLUSIVE: Newly Single Vanessa Minnillo’s First Party Without Nick Lachey

This romance lasted forever by Hollywood standards.. But in the end, Nick Lachey and longtime girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo have called it quits after three years together.
Reps for the couple confirmed the breakup to Radaronline.com, saying that Nick, 35, and Vanessa, 28, "have amicably ended their relationship and continue to remain good friends who still greatly care for one another.”
Minnillo, 28, is not sitting at home crying about the breakup. She was at a Reebok party at an estate in Beverly Hills on Tuesday night, a spywitness tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.
The Nick-less former MTV host seemed pretty upset when she overheard some girls behind her saying that it looked like the beauty had packed on a few pounds! But Vanessa kept her cool and it looks like RadarOnline.com was the first to spot a new friendship – she spent part of the night chatting with Samantha Ronson, who was djing.
Maybe they were comparing breakup notes.
