The Swissotel Nai Lert Park Hotel maid who discovered the naked dead body of David Carradine screamed in terror when she found the actor's corpse last Thursday, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

"I'm told the scenario was as follows: there was no 'Do Not Disturb' sign; she knocked and, getting no response, entered," a source told RadarOnline.com. "She saw the body in the closet and screamed. She took off down the hall, hollering 'A man's dead in there!'. Another maid peeked out of a room she was cleaning and the two went back to the room, confirming the discovery. The two reported to management -- and that's the last anyone's heard from the maid."

The maid was not the only hotel staff member impacted by the morbid occurrence.

The hotel manager, Aurelio Giraudo, is "saying nothing now, even though was previously quite talkative," the source said. "I understand he's been told to adopt this stance by the police and/or the Carradine lawyers."

Unanswered questions still revolving around the Kill Bill actor's demise might be answered via the hotel's surveillance tapes (the only copy is in police custody) and nascent autopsy, which could take more than two weeks to complete, according to the source.
