EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Rihanna Lawyer Not Aware Of Any Chris Brown Deal
June 21 2009, Published 4:00 a.m. ET
Despite rumblings of a last-minute deal between prosecutors and Chris Brown on the eve of his preliminary hearing, Rihanna's attorney tells RadarOnline.com that he believes the court proceedings will take place Monday.
"There is no deal on the table that I'm aware of," Donald Etra told RadarOnline.com Sunday evening. "Rihanna is under subpoena to testify, and she will be there (Monday) afternoon."
Brown is charged in connection with allegedly beating Rihanna, his girlfriend at the time. He is required to be in court Monday. His lawyer Mark Geragos lost a couple of appeals that could have delayed the preliminary hearing, including a request to gain access to LAPD personnel files in his attempt to find out who leaked a photograph of a badly beat Rhianna.

There has been much speculation about a plea bargain between prosecutors and Brown as well as questions if Rihanna would testify against her ex.
Etra, however, was very clear and told RadarOnline.com that "Rihanna will comply and answer the questions" posed to her from prosecution and defense.
