As the investigation continues regarding David Carradine’s mysterious death in his Bangkok hotel room, his representative Tiffany Smith told RadarOnline.com that any rumors of suicide were untrue.
“Based on our relationship with David, he would never commit suicide! We believe it was an accident,” Smith said. “He was a very happy man who made more and more movies. It’s not in his character to kill himself.”
“We were told that his body was found by a hotel maid with a rope around his neck inside a wardrobe closet. An investigation continues.”
Carradine was in the midst of shooting his latest film and had missed a cast dinner the evening before he was found dead, further causing his friends and co-workers to wonder what had happened to the man they remembered as still being fully in love with his craft and life.
Smith added: “His happiest place on earth was on a set. He always told us to keep booking him work and that he did want any down time.”
