Britney Spears has won another court battle, this time against the woman arrested for trespassing on her property in April. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Jay Ford III issued a temporary restraining order against Miranda Tozier-Robbins who must now stay at least 100 yards away from the singer and her home in Calabasas, Calif.

Tozier-Robbins, who once auditioned for American Idol and defended herself in court, was two hours late for her hearing on Tuesday morning. Her excuse? She took the bus and got stuck in traffic.
She is expected back in court next week. Spears was not present.
