BREAKING NEWS: Woman Who Choked Terri Seymour Pleads Guilty To Battery Charge; Gets Probation

Janice Thibodeaux -- the woman arrested for choking Simon Cowell's ex-girlfriend Terri Seymour at the finale of American Idol - pleaded guilty to battery Thursday in a Los Angeles courtroom and was placed on 36 months probation.

The judge also ordered Thibodeaux to adhere to the restraining order filed against her by Seymour. In addition, she must attend anger management classes, undergo 36-hours of psychological treatment, and perform 20 hours of community service.
