Danielle Staub, one of the stars of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, scored a victory in a New Jersey court on Wednesday.

The break-out personality of the Bravo reality series, Staub won a temporary injunction barring the release of a "sex tape" made by her ex-boyfriend Stephen Zalewski pending a hearing next month.

"We are attempting to right a wrong that has been committed," Staub's attorney Darren Del Sardo told  "According to the defendant, a sex tape does exist, and we are going to ask the defendant to produce it in court if it does. But we feel that it is something that should remain private between two consensual adults and not be exploited."

Staub maintained that Zalewski was trying to get back at her because she broke up with him last year. She's been quoted as saying she was videotaped without her knowledge.  She has sued him for invasion of privacy, defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
