XLink Bluetooth Cellular Gateway: Handy Device Routes Cell Phone Calls Through Home Phone System.

Your cell phone is ringing and you are making a mad dash for it, hurdling the dog, cornering past furniture and maybe even charging down steps as you follow the sound trying to remember where you left it. And, of course, you’re too late! The call went to voice mail.
Sure it’s a great way to get in shape but it’s also dangerous – for you and the dog! That’s why the folks at Xtreme Tech came up with XLink BT. This handy little device simultaneously integrates up to three cell phones through your home phone system wirelessly.
The device is perfect for those of you have ended landline service but still have you phone equipment. By “pairing” up to 3 cell phones to the gateway, cell phone calls are re-routed to your home phone(s). This allows your cell phone to stay in one place while you use any home phone to talk on your cell phone throughout the house.
Setting up our XLink BT was so easy (there’s only 3 simple steps) that when we tested it we had the XLink up and running within 5 minutes.
Call quality was very clear (but be sure to place the XLink and cell phone in the strongest cell signal location in your home). The cell phone we tested was plugged in to prevent battery drain from the Bluetooth connection. For those with multiple cell phones the XLink has distinctive rings for each cell phone connected, preventing confusion about whose phone is ringing. The XLink is also compatible with Skype calls (via USB connection).
The XLink BT is available here for $99.
