Ghalib is charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon, felony battery and felony hit and run after the incident with Maskowitz, which happened outside Ghalib's Encino apartment on February 11th.
Maskowtiz said he was attempting to serve legal papers when Ghalib attacked him. Maskowtiz said he suffered a fractured wrist, scrapes and bruises after Ghalib hit him with his vehicle; he told authorities he remained on the car's hood about 35 yards after initial impact was made.
Ghalib -- who was ordered to stay away from the "Womanizer" singer for three years in April -- pleaded not guilty to all of the charges Feb. 25.
In court Monday his attorney requested that the prosecution turn over photos from a surveillance camera pointed behind Ghalib's apartment complex where the incident took palce. (Photo: Splash News)
