New Court Papers: Deidre Hall's Husband Fights Back
May 26 2009, Published 3:45 p.m. ET
The never-ending divorce between soap queen Deidre Hall and Stephen Sohmer just got a little more contentious. In court docs obtained by RadarOnline.com, Sohmer claims his monthly income is $22,000 a month, and not $32,000, a figure that was used by the court. Sohmer was ordered to pay child support to the couple's two children.
Hall was released from her Days of Our Lives contract and isn't on the hook anymore for spousal or child support payments. Sohmer asserts, "She did not submit evidence regarding when her contract expired, when her last compensation was received, or when she filmed her last episode of Days of Our Lives."

Sohmer also objects to paying more than $200k in Deidre's legal and accounting fees.
Hall filed for divorce on January 28, 2005.
