Stopping by Detriot radio show WKQI’s Mojo In The Morning, MC Hammer extended his sparring with the show hosts into cyberspace, even posting on his Twitter while on air, after being called “angry” during a tense conversation about his past financial struggles. Listening to the interview, the rapper was both cool and as cucumber and clearly incensed. Surely, the show’s website dissing him didn’t help!

As the hosts continued to prod the rapper- even reading supposed text messages from listeners commenting on Hammer’s tone- the master behind “Don’t Touch It” seemed to take it in stride as best as he could.

“First of all, Mojo can’t make me angry...I wouldn’t be upset with Mojo. What made me angry in ignorance or to pretend like your shaping someone’s image or public persona,” Hammer said. Still, by the end of the interview, the awkward pauses were enough to make readers aware that a grudge was being formed.

On his Twitter he teased the host, posting an unflattering picture of the heavy-set man. He also threatened to pull advertising  from the show.
