Lindsay Lohan's Dad Michael Arrested For Threatening Girlfriend

Lindsay Lohan and her dad Michael seem to be always in the news, but somehow Michael managed to slip under the RadarOnline.com on this one.
RadarOnline.com has confirmed that LiLo's controversial dad was arrested April 6 for allegedly calling his girlfriend Erin Mueller on March 18 and threatening that he would kill her and himself.
The Suffolk County District Attorney’s office tells RadarOnline.com that Lohan is charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree, which is a misdemeanor.
Lohan pleaded not guilty to the charge on April 6.
Lohan could serve up to a year in custody if convicted of the charges.
