Kathy Ireland Evacuates Home Due to Fires

As the fires in Santa Barbara continue to rage and spread, more and more residents are fleeing the well-to-do enclave. Supermodel Kathy Ireland is the latest celebrity in the area forced to leave the city for safety.
“Santa Barbara fires .. We are OK!,” she wrote on her Twitter on Friday. “Being evacuated, pls pray for all! Finding place 2stay...will B in touch when can. Thanks! God bless you.”
On Thursday, Ireland write about a friend who lost their home and asked her Twitter followers to “pray for those in need who have lost so much in our community.”
“3rd fire in nine months. Hardships. 3 fireman injured so far. Heroes.”
Other marquee names with homes in the area: Rob Lowe and Oprah.
